Snap Dawg’s mobile doggery is the newest addition to Vancouver Island’s food cart culture, bringing beautiful Victoria its first New York style hot dog cart!

 

The world is changing drastically in so many ways, mostly how we enjoy a meal out with friends and family.  When you’re “hangry”, there’s little time to wait for a table. Snap Dawg’s allows you to keep your distance from others while taking in the fresh air BC’s capital provides along with a constant change in scenery.

Entrepreneur & Foody, Dave Groberman, gives an impressive show as dogs fly from steamer to grill to consumption.  It's a 360 degree experience where you can walk around Dave producing dozens of BBQ'd jumbos, one after another.  Dave wants to provide great food, quickly and at a price that everyone can afford.  Ideas for new toppings are always considered as he is open to your suggestions.  Dave features his personal favorite, a combination of caramelized onions, nacho cheese with a touch of sriracha, it is a satisfying balance of sweet & savory with a kick!

Dave's specialty dogs are part of a package we offer for catered functions / private events upon request.  There is an option "build your own Dawg" that allows you to get creative and suggest your own topping choices that Dave will happily provide for your guests.
